Our boxing classes are famously known for being one of the most strategically structured in Melbourne’s south-east. Our focus is to ensure all of our students progress within the gym and build a strong foundation. Students will develop their strength, speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, endurance and power. Aside from boxing generally being one of the most effective, comprehensive total body workouts you can choose. Many of our members come with dreams to compete at high levels. For this reason, we ensure that everything we teach is both practical in the ring and applicable outside in self-defence situations.
